The National Track is a World Class outdoor motocross track for expert and intermediate riders. This is the only track in the world that has elevation changes of as much as 450 feet.  Along with the awesome uphills and downhills, there is the famous hip jump, the sand sections and the National Track is well known to be the roughest track in motocross. Throughout the years, the National track has been a top venue to the AMA outdoor MX Pro Nationals, where the likes of Ricky Carmichael, James “Bubba” Stewart and many more top pros have raced. The track hosts events every weekend and is always open for practice Tuesday and Thursday.  Glen Helen’s National track is considered to be one of the best motocross tracks of all time.
