Applications for the Dubya World Vet MX Cup of Nations are open! It’s time to gather your teams from across the world to see who will be crowned the World Vet MX Cup of Nations champion. The race will be ran in conjunction with the 38th Annual Dubya World Vet MX Championships on November 5th and 6th.

Each country participating in the Dubya World Vet MX Cup of Nations is allowed three teams – each team will consist of three riders that are 30+, 40+, and 50+ of any skill level. Riders will receive race bibs to represent their country and colors to indicate their age group. Moto 1 will be held on Saturday and moto 2 will race on Sunday. The scoring will be based on all three riders and both motos with the lowest score of the two-moto format determining the winning team and country.

Team Guam has held the champion title for the Dubya World Vet Cup of Nations for the past two consecutive years. This year’s competition will be intense and spots are filling up quickly, so be sure to submit your team’s application. Once accepted, the fee is $100 per team. Applications must be received by October 1st and the accepted teams will be notified on October 15th.

This World Cup trophy (photos below) will be awarded to the winner and will have your name and country engraved on it. The trophy will be displayed at the Glen Helen Museum throughout the entire year and each winner will also receive a commemorative medallion.

Bud Feldkamp commissioned this silver trophy, made in England, for the World Vet MX Cup of Nations in 2002. This cup is engraved each year with the winning team’s names and country and displayed in a glass case in the Glen Helen Museum.
